This outpatient surgical facility, established in 2015, is located on the first floor of the historical Tindeco Wharf building in Canton, Baltimore City. The entrance is facing Baltimore’s beautiful Inner Harbor. Here at HarborView Surgical Arts, our staff is devoted in providing you with the highest level of care available in a warm and comfortable setting. This facility and it’s mission are the culmination of a vision of a team of professionals to have a centre enriched with the most up to date knowledge and advancements in technology, offering authentic “state of the art” Oral & Maxillofacial surgical services for the community. Our goal is that in providing this exceptional service, we ultimately change the current misconceptions and fears associated with going to the Dental office, so that all of our patients can achieve optimum oral health.

Meet Dr. Arroyo
Dr. Arroyo was born in Takoma Park, Maryland and raised in Burtonsville, Maryland. She received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at University of Maryland College Park in 2001 and then attended the University of Maryland Dental School earning her doctorate in dental surgery degree in 2005. From 2005 to 2006 she completed a one-year internship in oral & maxillofacial surgery with the University of Maryland Medical System, and then completed a four-year residency and received her certificate in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. in 2010.
